How can we serve you?

Services with Dr. White

“Dr. White was so compassionate and caring. I had to just spread that out to the world. He didn’t seem to be one to just be in it for the “pharma-cycle” or think of you as just a check box waiting to be marked off.”

Targeted Health Appointment

  • Appointments are available to address a wide range of health concerns, including autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic, ADHD, digestive issues (IBS, IBD, functional dyspepsia, silent reflux), migraines, high cholesterol, hypertension, chronic fatigue, insulin resistance, and sleep disorders. Sessions can also focus on exercise and nutrition coaching or refining an existing health plan.

Appointments are 60–120 minutes, offered in-person or via telehealth. DNA analysis is not included but can be added for an additional fee.

For treatment plans requiring prescriptions, repeat labs, or continued support, follow-up appointments can be scheduled to provide ongoing care.

    • $450 for Intake (up to 2 hours)

    • $225/hr for follow ups

DNA Analysis

  • Your methylation and detox systems are key to energy, resilience, and long-term health. This package identifies genetic variants—like MTHFR, COMT, and GST—that may affect how your body regulates inflammation, clears toxins, and supports DNA repair.

With these insights, we’ll design a personalized plan with the right nutrients, supplements, and lifestyle strategies to optimize your pathways and prevent future issues.

Dr. White can also provide a genomic risk review for conditions such as dementia, cancer, and heart disease, giving you the opportunity to take preventive steps early.

-This makes for an excellent add-on to a targeted health appointment.

    • Full DNA Analysis: $350

    • Methylation/Detox and Nutritional Guidance: $200

    • Standard appointment rate: $225/hr

-Additional fees may apply if specialized genetic review or preparatory work is requested.

-DNA kits are a separate expense.

Whole Health Appointment Physician+Counselor

  • Emotional and relational stress can profoundly affect our physical health. Past trauma and ongoing life pressures often reveal themselves through symptoms like migraines, chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, back or joint pain, inflammation, or digestive challenges such as IBS, silent reflux, or functional dyspepsia. Our "Whole Health" sessions offer a space to explore these connections and more, including the mind-body link, strategies to interrupt stress-related illness cycles, the physical impact of trauma, and relational attachment dynamics.

This is your chance to gain a holistic perspective, guided by the combined expertise of a physician and a counselor working together in the same room.

    Relational Health Focus:

This session focuses on personal growth, emphasizing emotional, relational, and spiritual health. We will explore your relational history and how it impacts your overall well-being. Additionally, we will examine attachment styles and use the insights gained to establish new, healthier patterns of interaction. Our goal is to see individuals live as they were designed to—fully and freely! This often requires the challenging work of healing from the past, and we are here to support you on your growth journey. Adam views the world through both spiritual and physical lenses, while Whitney approaches it with emotional and relational insights. Together, we offer a holistic perspective that goes beyond what is typically found in a doctor's office or counseling session.

    Mind-Body Focus:

In this session, we will explore the mind-body connection and how stress and past trauma are stored in the same region of the brain that regulates the autonomic nervous system. This connection can lead to various health-related issues, including migraine headaches, chronic digestive problems, heart palpitations, and more. We will discuss practical steps to help you break free from this cycle. Often, this involves examining and addressing past wounds so that they can be healed, allowing your body to restore itself. Additionally, you will learn calming techniques that can help lower stress hormones and alleviate tension, anxiety, panic, and sleep disturbances.

    • $250/hour and includes both Whitney and Adam

Additional Services with Adam and Whitney

“where physician and counselor collide”

  • We are passionate about helping families thrive! Discover how to enhance relational health and joy within your home through topics such as intentional living, family values, attachment, and spiritual growth. We will create a game plan to help you prioritize your family unit in a world that constantly competes for your time, energy, and attention. Whitney has over 15 years of experience in training parents and counseling families. The Whites have embarked on this “intentional living” journey for the past several years, making various life changes and adjustments to more fully embody their values. Having experienced the benefits of these decisions, we want others to enjoy the same positive outcomes.

  • Healthy relationships are essential for healthy aging. A recent study found that a lack of healthy relationships can increase the risk of premature death from all causes by up to 50%. This is just as important as not smoking and exercising. If that didn’t sink in, read it again! Adam and Whitney have enjoyed their experience in providing both premarital and marital counseling, as well as organizing and facilitating marriage retreats. They are passionate about helping stable, married couples take the next steps necessary for their marriages to flourish. They aim to change the tendency of couples waiting until a crisis occurs before seeking counseling or pursuing growth. Whitney is well trained in various attachment-focused counseling modalities and has taught extensively on the subject of attachment.

  • We believe knowledge is empowering. Over the past 15 years, Whitney has spoken at conferences across the country and taught in children’s homes and orphanages around the world. She is passionate about equipping people to live out their callings.

Together, we offer trainings on a wide range of topics, including:

    • Attachment and childhood trauma

    • Parenting and intentional living

    • The mind–body connection

    • Chronic stress and resilience

    • Physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness

Adam also provides wellness-focused sessions designed to help people extend their healthy years. Currently, we are developing a practical toolbox for individuals and organizations to prevent and mitigate burnout.

In addition, we have trained international teams on food and water safety, infectious disease prevention, and pre-travel health measures.

If you are interested in training for your church, organization, missions group, or employees, we would love to serve you and support the health and well-being of those you lead.

  • We are excited to create customized retreats tailored to the needs of you, your spouse, or a group of family members or friends. Our retreats can include a variety of services, such as health and wellness, marriage counseling, family life decisions, and spiritual formation. Our goal is to foster an environment of rest, hospitality, and growth, providing as much structured or unstructured time as you need. If you’re interested, please contact us to start brainstorming how we can work together. The location of the retreat will depend on your preferences. All of the services that we offer can be structured into a retreat format.

“The material that they pulled from was great, but it was Adam and Whitney together that made it excellent.”

  • Are you the type of person or couple who prefers to dive deep quickly? If so, you're in the right place! Our intensives offer you the chance to engage in meaningful work over a concentrated period. They allow ample time to discuss challenges, gain insights, and plan for meaningful change. Intensives are also a great option for those who find it difficult to attend regular appointments due to busy schedules. We can tailor our intensives to meet your specific needs, ranging from two back-to-back sessions to two full days of intensive work. You have the flexibility to choose how you want to engage: meet exclusively with Dr. White, participate in joint sessions with both Dr. White and Whitney, or take part in an EMDR intensive with Whitney alone. Our intensives are highly focused and adaptable, ensuring they align with the individual needs of each client. Just like our retreats, all of our services can be customized into an intensive format.

  • Our commitment to the nations and the people around the world is an integral part of who we are. We possess a deep love for international work and for those who serve in foreign contexts. Adam and Whitney have both served extensively in international settings, both together and individually. Whitney has developed curriculum and taught caregivers in children's homes and orphanages globally. They have also trained teams embarking on overseas missions in areas such as food and water safety, infectious disease prevention, and pre-travel vaccinations and preparations. At Generations Health, we aspire to make a global impact by offering our health and wellness services to individuals and organizations worldwide, regardless of their financial ability. To achieve this vision, we need your support. If you are interested in sponsoring a marriage or wellness retreat, or providing health services for missionaries, couples, or individuals living abroad, please reach out to us.
